Our return policy
If you notice any quality issues regarding a product you have purchased (print issue, stain, etc.), please get in touch with our team at firstname.lastname@example.org, and provide us with a picture of the damage. Once this is validated internally, we can refund your order or send you a replacement. We apologize for any inconvenience!
Please note that we only accept returns that are brought to our attention within 14 days after delivery to your address.
Once you place an order, your order fulfillment is completed within 1-5 business days, following which the product is expedited to the address indicated during the order process (delivery lead time depends on the final destination).
Please note that due to our products being manufactured to order, we don’t hold any inventory and are unable to take returns or exchanges (quality issues excepted). Please check out our product descriptions and sizing charts before making a purchase. We apologize for the absence of buyer's remorse returns or exchanges. Due to the small volumes of sales we process at this stage, we are unable to offer this kind of benefit. This may change in the future as sales grow.
Note: cancellations/amendments before the product is shipped is possible if the order has not yet been fulfilled. Please check with us as early as possible at email@example.com for such requests.
